Find the downloaded file from BuiltByBit, Polymart, or McModels on your computer.
The server setup comes in a zipped package that must be extracted to access the server files.
Stop your server and connect to it using FTP or SFTP. (If you're unsure how to do this, contact your hosting provider for assistance)
Next, delete or move all files away from the server's main directory. (If you wish to keep these files, store them in a different folder or download them for safekeeping)
Upload the Server.zip
to your server. This should be the only file in the main directory.
(If you still have the old server files on there, delete or move them)
Extract the contents of the .zip file, which will generate multiple files in the main directory. (After extraction, you can delete the .zip file)
You can use any fork of Spigot, but we recommend sticking to paper for simplicity. Some server hosts have a build in built-in jar downloader if that's the case skip this step and proceed to the next.
Our setup requires a 1.21 server file! You can download these files here: Click
This server must operate on version 1.21 Using an earlier version may prevent the world from loading, while a later version could cause certain plugins to malfunction. To allow clients using different versions to connect, it is recommended to use ViaVersion and ViaBackwards.
For some licensing reasons, some plugins can not be included in the download file. These must be downloaded and uploaded to the /Plugins
directory on your server.
You can now start the server and enjoy your preconfigured setup. Please note that the initial startup may take longer as the server generates the necessary files.
Since pre-made server setups are created and delivered with existing plugins, you may notice several plugin updates when you first log in. It’s advisable to update these plugins if possible to prevent any future issues.
A complete list of all installed plugins can be found here: Plugins List
To remove the default server name branding follow the guide on the Customization page.
